Q: How can I join the Club?

A: Before you can become an official BGCSW member, you and your parent/guardian must attend a Membership Orientation. Orientations are held at Club every Monday and Thursday at 6:00pm.

In addition, your parent/guardian will need to:

  • Read the Parent-Member Handbook
  • Fill out the Membership Form
  • Pay the $20.00 Membership fee (per child)

    Q: How do I get to Club?

    A: You can walk to Club after school, or have a parent/guardian transport you. You can also bus to Club from Eisenhower, Sarah J. Anderson, and Minnehaha Elementary Schools for an annual $30.00 fee. Middle school students from Jason Lee are dropped off at Club by a school district bus.

    Q: When is Club open?

    A: The Club has different hours during the summer and the school year. See the seasonal information below.

    School Year:
    Throughout the school year, our Clubs are open Monday-Friday, 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. with extended hours for teens. Each day Club members receive a snack when they arrive. The Clubs remain open for many holidays and school breaks. Click here for the Club Calendar.

    Summer:
    During the summer the Clubs are open from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. “Earlybirds” is offered between the hours of 7 a.m. and 11 a.m. for a $5.00 daily fee. Regular Boys & Girls Club programming continues from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. We provide breakfast, lunch and snack to all members attending Club each day at no additional cost! Field trips are offered weekly at an additional fee, Club remains open to Club members not attending field trips. All kids need to have completed the first grade in order to attend the summer program.
