How can I join the Club?

A: Before you can become an official BGCSW member, you and your parent/guardian must attend a Membership Orientation. Orientations are held at Club every Monday and Thursday at 6:00pm.

In addition, your parent/guardian will need to:

Read the Parent-Member Handbook

Fill out the Membership Form

Pay the $20.00 Membership fee (per child)

How do I get there?

A: You can walk to Club after school, or have a parent/guardian transport you. You can also bus to TTC from McLoughlin Middle School. Presently, there are no high schools being served by the busing program.

When is Club open?

A: School Year: Throughout the school year, our Clubs are open Monday-Friday, 3 PM-7 PM.* The Teen Turf Club is open every Friday until 9pm for Teen Night. Each day Club members receive a snack when they arrive. The Clubs remain open for many holidays and school breaks. Check with our Club calendar for the most updated information!
*The Fruit Valley Teen Club is open from 3:45-7:00pm

Summer: During the summer we are open from 11 AM- 6 PM. “Early Birds” is offered between the hours of 7 and 11 am, which takes place downstairs in the elementary program, either at the Clinton & Gloria John Clubhouse or the O.K. Clubhouse.* Teens participating in the “Early Birds program” will return to their Teen Club at 11am, where regularly programming continues until 6pm. During the summer, we offer breakfast, lunch and snack to all members attending Club each day at no additional cost.

*Currently, our Fruit Valley club sites do not offer the “Early Bird” program.
