Rookie League is a co-ed, non-competitive baseball league for youth grades 1st-3rd, run by the Boys & Girls Clubs of Southwest Washington. Baseball equipment will be provided, so that all interested youth have the opportunity to play. The goal is to teach players not only the fundamentals of baseball, but also the importance of commitment and teamwork.

Rookie League season runs mid June to the end of August. We ask that each player be committed to attending all practices and games. A $30.00 fee per player will be charged to cover league expenses and all participants must be Boys and Girls Club members.

Teams of 14 players will be arranged with 2 coaches per team.

The purpose of the Rookie League is to expose children to one of America’s favorite pastimes, the game of baseball. We hope to see you and your child on the ball fields.

Registration begins May 3rd and ends June 4th.
